Need Someone to Actually Look at Your Roof?
What Do You Actually Get for $349?
A proper look at the roof, not just a quick walk around.
We’ll assess the membrane, flashings, penetrations, drains, previous repairs and visible deficiencies. You’ll receive photographs and a written report showing what we found.
We’ll also do something while we’re there.
Drains will be cleared, and small deficiencies that can reasonably be dealt with during the visit will be taken care of at no additional charge.
If further work is needed, you’ll know what it costs.
We’ll provide a prioritised repair proposal so you can decide what needs attention now and what can be planned for later.
$349 Assessment Credit
Proceed with qualifying recommended repair work and your $349 assessment fee will be credited toward the approved work.
